Ray and his wife, Pam, reside in Ocilla. He has lived in the Fitzgerald and Ocilla area most of his life. He was previously employed as Vice President of Development for Harper & Company Builders, Inc. in Douglas, Georgia, and managed the development of commercial properties in Georgia, the Carolinas and Arizona. Prior to moving back to Georgia and joining Harper in 2001, Ray had sold residential properties in the Myrtle Beach area for eight years, after having been involved in the development and management of resort properties there and having served three years as nationwide Franchise Director for Condotels International, Inc. In residential sales in Myrtle Beach, Ray was a 5-million-dollar annual producer. In 2003, he recieved his bachelor's degree in Industial Management from Georgia Southern University. He worked as a supervisor/manager in the manufacturing and distribution industry for over 5 years. In 2009, he obtained his Real Estate Sales license and became a State Registered Real Property Appraiser. Upon graduation, she attended Emory University and moved to Fitzgerald to pursue a career in health care. She has 30 years of experience in management and believes the most important thing is “caring”. She will provide this same level of client care in her real estate career. She has been the coordinator of the Drug Task Force in Ben Hill County, served as a member on the Mental Health Board, and on the Cancer Society Board. She has two daughters, Donica and Brittany, and three grand children; Brian, Steven, and Savanna. She is married to Tommy Kimball. She has a genuine love for animals and as a hobby attends dog shows and breeds champion whippets. She enjoys gardening, reading, and photography as other hobbies.
