We were looking for a house in Fitzgerald b/c Christopher wanted to come back to his 'roots' (hometown) to start his career as a teacher. We were hoping to find a house that had at least four bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. Other amenities that we were hoping to find were a large laundry room, a large yard (and hopefully a fenced yard for the children), a garage, and overall a house with a lot of space so that the children have plenty of room to run and play and we have plenty of room to entertain. Finding a house in a well established and safe neighborhood was a priority as well as finding a house that was cheery and inviting with plenty of natural light.

We chose Haile Booker because it had everything we were looking for - with the exception of the garage (which can be added later). With almost 2500 square feet, our children have plenty of space to run and play, and we have plenty of space to entertain. I just couldn't get over the amount of space this house has. We were very happy about getting the fourth bedroom and getting a house with spacious rooms. The large laundry room is amazing! The neighborhood is a very desirable place to live, and we won't have to worry about new construction taking place in our back yard! Our largest hold up on this house was the stairs, but we will definitely be getting very secure baby gates to put at the top and bottom of our stairs. The house has so much character, and we just fell in love with it!
